Barbara Dodsworth, MD

Dr. Dodsworth is a board certified ophthalmologist with a special interest in the management of glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmology. She holds a patent for an objective view field perimeter, which is in the research stage.

Dr. Dodsworth received a Ph.D. in physics at the University of California, Berkeley, and is a fellow of the honorary society Sigma Xi. She received her medical degree from Brown University in 1977 and completed her residency in ophthalmology at Rhode island Hospital, followed by a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology done jointly at Louisiana State University in New Orleans and Johns Hopkins in Maryland.

Prior to joining Koch Eye Associates, Dr. Dodsworth was affiliated with Boston University.
