St. James Surgery Center is located at Quaker Lane (Route 2), at the corner of Cowesett Road.  It is on the property where the Warwick Musical Theater used to be.

If driving from the Warwick area, go South on Bald Hill Road (Route 2) towards Cowesett Road.  The surgery center will be seen on the left side of the street, right after the stoplight.  There will be an entrance to the property just ahead on your left.

If driving South from Providence, remain on Route 95 until Exit 8 (Quaker Lane, Route 2).  Turn left at the end of the ramp and proceed North on Route 2 for approximately 1.5 miles.  Turn into the parking lot for Lowe’s and follow the lot parallel to Route 2 to the Northwest corner of the property where you will find the surgery center.

If driving South from Woonsocket, take Route 295 South until it merges with Route 95 South, remain on Route 95 until Exit 8 (Quaker Lane, Route 2).  Turn left at the end of the ramp and proceed North on Route 2 for approximately 1.5 miles.  Turn into the parking lot for Lowe’s and follow the lot parallel to Route 2 to the Northwest corner of the property where you will find the surgery center.

If driving North on Route 95, take Exit 8B (Route 2 North).  Proceed North on Route 2 for approximately 1.5 miles.  Turn into the parking lot for Lowe’s and follow the lot parallel to Route 2 to the Northwest corner of the property where you will find the surgery center.

If driving North from South County on Route 2, continue past the Showcase Cinemas at Division Street.  Then proceed North on Route 2 for approximately 1.5 miles.  Turn into the parking lot for Lowe’s and follow the lot parallel to Route 2 to the Northwest corner of the property where you will find the surgery center.
